There are ten federal holidays in 2021. This year, because it falls on a weekend, Independence Day will be observed the day after. Christmas and New Year’s Day also fall on a weekend, but will be observed the day before.
Technically, there is one more official holiday in 2021. The New Year’s Day from next year will be observed on Friday, December 31, 2021.
In 2021 there are 365 days. Those 365 days are grouped into 52 weeks and that makes 2021 a common year. Length-wise, there’s nothing special about it.
The first day of the 2021 calendar is a Friday which is true for the last day as well.
This year, the spring equinox will be on 20 March (5:37 AM EST) while the autumnal equinox on 22 September (3:21 PM EST). The summer solstice in 2021 will happen on June 20 (11:32 PM EST) and the winter solstice on December 21 (3:59 PM EST).
Everyone uses a calendar differently. As an example, for work I use an online calendar to collaborate with my coworkers, but at home I prefer a printable 2021 calendar that’s better suited for my needs. Ultimately, a calendar’s goal is to organize your time better.
With better organization, increased productivity will follow. A calendar can give you peace of and mind make you feel that you are more in control of future events.
Planning your trip or summer vacation (even if this year it might be a staycation) is much easier to do with a 2021 yearly calendar. Having an overview of the full year at-a-glance can put things into perspective allowing you to organize better and set objectives for 2021.
